With 20+ years in the Health & Fitness industry, College degree, Certifications, Collaborations, and working in person or remotely with a wide variety of individuals from high-performance athletes, obese, injured, elderly, and people who couldn’t even move because of different types of pain.

I continue to see many people getting into the fitness world and start lifting weights and pushing their bodies to the limit (which is good). Still, most of them are not taking the best of every workout, plus they’re just putting themselves on a high risk of injuries and missing a lot of benefits.

That’s why i decided to build a platform that teaches you the foundations to make that change SAFER,  EFFICIENT and SUSTAINABLE overtime.

The best thing is that it also helps you to make the best of any plan that you’re already following. If that’s your case.
