Postural Correction

Good posture is not only important for appearance, but it also provides numerous health benefits. 

 Maintaining proper posture can improve breathing, increase energy levels, reduce stress and strain on the muscles and joints, and even boost confidence.

When standing, sitting, or walking, good posture helps distribute weight evenly, reducing the risk of injury and promoting overall balance. This, in turn, helps to prevent back and neck pain, which can often be caused by improper posture. Additionally, good posture can improve digestion by promoting healthy alignment of the spine and abdomen, allowing for smoother and more efficient digestive processes.

Good posture also has a significant impact on the respiratory system. When the chest and diaphragm are properly aligned, it allows for maximum expansion of the lungs, making it easier to breathe.
