I continue to see many people getting into the fitness world and start lifting weights and pushing their bodies to the limit (which is good). Still, most of them are not taking the best of every workout, plus they’re just putting themselves on a high risk of injuries and missing a lot of benefits.

I used to have a hard time with things as basic as walking, my back went out every other week and even getting on my bicycle was a huge challenge since my hip was so stiff and painful.
After training and learning with Marco I can walk, move and even run, I'm not worried about my back anymore and my life has changed, I feel amazing now.
